The women with big hips are healthier!

"Carrying extra weight on your hips, bum and thighs is good for your health, protecting against heart and metabolic problems, UK experts have said.

Big behinds are preferable to extra fat around the waistline, which gives no such protection, the Oxford team said. "


That is nice to know :) The women with big hips should not be shy anymore...

But girls, don't forget its not Weight its Shape! So, close the fridge and leave the ice cream aside.

I have been always thought that there are no such a thing like the perfect shapes, because every human is different and have different preferences...

Remember the old saying: "There are no friends by style.."

I am sure many of you are wondering sometimes "Why am I losing inches but not weight?".. now you know this is good. :)

"Fat around the hips and thighs is good for you but around the tummy is bad."

So you can gain, as much as you want fat on your behind, but don't overgain around the tummy, because it's bad

BTW, I am going to scuba diving this summer with my Nikon WP-CP4 Waterproof Case and i hope until then I am going to have the perfect curves .. :)
